What Clients Say
It has been awesome working with Kim Scarpa these past two years. She helped me with weight control the first year, and I lost 80 lbs! Despite regularly exercising, I never realized how too many carbs and fat and too much sodium was negatively affecting my weight and health. In addition, Kim helped me realize I was not getting all the protein my body needed. The second year our goal was fitness, and I put twelve pounds back on but in the form of muscle. Kim helps me plan meals in advance when I go shopping, as well as maintaining my vitamin and mineral needs so I can remain healthy. The biggest advantage of all is that I have energy all the time now!"

I had the privilege of seeing Kim Scarpa as a nutritionist, and had a great relationship and learned so much at the end of my time with her I can now call her my friend..... she is always ready if I have any questions, and checks in with me often.... Great nutritionist, and knowledgeable in her field."

Working with Kim Scarpa at Nutrition Bytes has been about more than simply changing what I eat. Kim has continually and repeatedly gone out of her way to give me advice, resources, and most importantly, encouragement during my health and wellness journey. She has provided capacious knowledge and useful information about everything from nutritional supplements that help manage the side effects of medication that prevent weight loss to detailed individualized meal plans and recipes to healthy guides for dining at various restaurants. She has frequently offered samples of products that I now integrate into my diet and even gone to the gym with me to make recommendations about exercise.
Changing your lifestyle may seem overwhelming at first and frustrating at times, but Kim always remains positive, which has helped me to see the myriad benefits of doing so beyond the simple change of numbers on the scale. To say that Kim goes above and beyond for her clients is an understatement, and what I have valued most is her long-term, process-based approach that has made me feel supported and successful—even, especially when I have struggled to see a change. She has consistently reminded me of all the efforts and progress I have made—progress that has occurred because Kim has given me the necessary tools and inspired me with the proper mindset to make it happen. I enjoy working with Kim Scarpa. I love inviting her to participate in our family events here at the Early Learning Center-Wilmington. Kim enthusiastically participates in every and all of our events to which she is invited. Kim brings with her an enormous amount of helpful nutrition resources to her meetings and information tables. At our meetings, Kim very easily connects with and engages all of our families. She discusses with them their child’s nutritional needs and is able to provide useful information to help resolve their concern. Kim also continues to reach out to us to share any changes or nutritional updates that might come to her attention and would be beneficial to our program. It is a great pleasure to work with Kim Scarpa and to have her as a resource for myself and our families.
